Robert Radlich
FOUNDER & PARTNER
Robert is the founding partner of Briarcliff Capital Partners (BCP) and has over a decade of operational, financial, and investing experience. Prior to founding BCP, Robert was the Chief Growth Officer at Vet’s Best Friend (VBF), a consolidator of veterinary hospitals based in Boston. While at VBF, Robert built the initial financial and accounting infrastructure, the business development & acquisitions team, the integrations team, and de novo markets. Robert managed 45+ acquisitions and three de novo hospitals in two years, leading to a highly successful exit.
Jeff Wilson

Jeff Wilson is the founding partner of Briarcliff Capital Partners (BCP). Jeff brings over 20 years of multi-site operational experience to BCP, including 10 years in executive positions. He has had successful leadership roles in national brands including Hertz, Banfield Pet Hospital, Southern Veterinary Partners, and most recently, Vet’s Best Friend (VBF).
Jeff has a contagious energy, strong work ethic, and extraordinary vision, having been a vital part of two successful exits valued at over $550 million. He founded and grew VBF to over 46 locations in eight states and has further been a part of over 100 acquisitions and 50 de novo buildouts.
Hannah leads business development and marketing for Briarcliff Capital Partners and their portfolio companies. She has over 15 years of marketing, sales, and branding leadership experience, having directed successful growth strategies in consumer-facing companies in the fitness, hospitality, and veterinary industries. She led the marketing and public relations team for one of Greater Boston’s largest hospitality groups, developing and opening six new concepts during her tenure. Most recently as the Director of Marketing at Vet’s Best Friend, Hannah contributed to the addition of 30 new locations, working closely with recruiting and operations to deliver superior team and client service moments, as well as introducing innovative programming to bring awareness to the company’s mission. She has consulted for companies in the tourism, real estate, and wellness industries.

Her ability to understand differing target market wants and needs lends to her talents at growth and marketing strategies for a wide range of industries. She is passionate about building relationships, deepening connections, and leading teams to learning opportunities, continual development, and success!
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University and her MBA from Northeastern University. She is a nutrition, fitness, and hiking enthusiast, and lives in Greater Boston with her husband and three daughters, who naturally she hash-tagged as the #hukefecta. She teaches her daughters every day to explore their creativity, celebrate their independence, and to be effective problem-solvers, even at 3, 6, and 8!

He recognizes the value in creating strong, people-centric cultures and is a true mentor and relationship builder. He is a hands-on leader, invigorating teams and guiding entrepreneurs to scalable growth, while of course having a lot of fun!
Jeff graduated from Northeastern University and lives in greater Boston with his wife, future basketball star son, two dogs, and two cats. He is the biggest Bruce Springsteen fan you will ever meet and has seen him in concert over 50 times.

Prior to VBF, Robert was a member of the investment team at Lorient Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm outside of Detroit, MI. Robert spent a significant amount of time in multi-site healthcare businesses including home health, hospice, primary care, payments / patient financing technology, and education. Outside of platform deal execution and raising capital, Robert spent a large portion of his time onsite working directly with management teams to build scalable processes to support rapid growth.
Additionally, Robert spent time at a boutique investment bank in Detroit performing buy-side, sell-side, and debt capital raising services to companies in the lower middle market. Robert started his career in the Finance Leadership Development Program at Ford Motor Company where he rotated through multiple operating and finance roles.
Robert earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees in Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy, where he was a Division 1 Cross Country and Track and Field athlete.
